Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent clouding at a hydrophilic film from occurring on an inner transparent plate even if a dew formation occurs on the film and enable an inside part of a refrigerator to be seen by a method wherein the hydrophilic film is laminated on an inside surface of the transparent plate facing to an inside part of the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of closed spacings 4 formed between piled-up transparent plates 1a, 1b and 1c are formed as thermal insulating layers. A hydrophilic film 10 is adhred to a surface of the transparent plate 1c of the refrigerator. As the hydrophilic film, a film composed of polymer having hydrophilic or water absorbing characteristics can be used. With such an arrangement, the refrigerator door shows that the transparent plate 1c within the refrigerator has a uniform wetting at the surface even under a dew formation due to the fact that the hydrophilic film 10 for use in prohibiting cloudy state therein also during a time in which the items in the refrigerator are being opened after opening the door and thus the door is not clouded at its surface. In addition, even if the transparent plate 1c is cracked, the transparent plate 1c is not splashed due to the fact that the clouding preventive hydrophilic film 10 is adhered.

Furthermore, as the film material, it is not necessarily necessary to use only a film formed from a hydrophilic material as described above.
Generally, films that are not hydrophilic enough to achieve the anti-fogging effect referred to in the present invention as they are, or films that are hydrophobic, such as commonly used polyester films such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, and polypropylene. The surface of a film such as a polyolefin film such as a film is coated with the hydrophilic polymer, a film of the hydrophilic polymer is laminated, or a surface hydrophilic processing method such as plasma discharge treatment is applied to produce a film. The use of a hydrophilic film as referred to in the present invention also includes the use of a hydrophilic film by subjecting its surface to hydrophilic treatment.

In addition, it is preferable to use a film that can be biaxially stretched as a film, desirably stretched in the biaxial direction to obtain high strength.

In such a structure, the transparent plate 1c on the inside of the refrigerator is covered with the anti-fogging hydrophilic film 10 even when the door body of the refrigerator etc. is opened and items inside the refrigerator are taken out. Therefore, even if there is condensation, the surface gets wet evenly and does not become cloudy.

In addition, even if something inside the refrigerator hits the transparent plate 1c when the door is closed and the transparent plate IC breaks, the transparent plate IC will not scatter because the anti-fogging hydrophilic film 10 is attached. Never.

In addition, since the hydrophilic film 10 is easily colored compared to the transparent plates 1a, lb, or 1c, it is possible to make the transparent door body colorful by making the whole transparent and colorful, or by making it partially transparent or opaque with a colored pattern. It has the advantage that the design can be easily diversified.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention provides a heat insulating door for a refrigerator in which a plurality of transparent plates are stacked with gaps between them, and the periphery of the transparent plates is sealed with a frame. A hydrophilic film is laminated on the inside side of the transparent plate on the inside of the refrigerator, so even when you open the refrigerator door and take out items inside the refrigerator, Even if dew condensation forms on the hydrophilic film on the transparent plate, the surface will be uniformly wetted and will not become cloudy. Therefore, there is an effect that the inside of the refrigerator can be seen even immediately after closing the door body.

Also, items inside the refrigerator may hit the transparent plate when the door is closed,
Another advantage is that even if the transparent plate breaks, it will not scatter because the film is laminated.
