と回転軸とを同軸上に挿入し、 上記入力軸をワンウエイクラツチを介して上記
回転軸に連結し、 上記ワンウエイクラツチにより上記ハウジング
内部を２つの作動室に分離し、上記各作動室で上
記ハウジングと入力軸、回転軸との間にプレート
を配設し、粘性流体を封入することを特徴とする
