Claims (1)
- 試料を減圧下で処理する装置において、前記試
料および装置構成部材を移動させる駆動装置とし
て往復運動を行うシリンダと該シリンダのピスト
ンロツド内に収納されて独立に往復運動を行う他
のシリンダとからなる駆動装置を用いたことを特
徴とする真空処理装置。
