Claims (1)
- 水供給源からオゾン水の使用箇所に至る水供給
管路の途中に、オゾンの吸入口を有するエゼクタ
ーを設ける一方、オゾン発生装置から前記エゼク
ターの吸入口に至るオゾン供給管路の途中に、適
宜長さのパイプ材にて構成したオゾン溜部を設け
、更に、前記オゾン供給通路には、前記オゾン溜
部より上流側の部位に開閉弁を備えた空気導入管
路を、前記オゾン溜部より下流側の部位に開閉弁
を備えた空気抜き管路を各々接続し、且つ、前記
オゾン供給管路に対する前記空気抜き管路の接続
部に、前記空気抜き管路を遮断して前記オゾン供
給管路を連通する状態と、前記オゾン溜部を前記
空気抜き管路に連通する状態とに選択的に切り換
えるようにした切換弁を設けたことを特徴とする
オゾン水の製造装置。
