Automatic alarm valves are installed on each floor of high-rise structures, and multiple automatic alarm valves are installed on the same floor depending on the number of sprinkler heads installed.
Therefore, if the alarms from the automatic alarm valves are centrally managed, it will be easier to determine where a fire has occurred, and subsequent measures will be easier to take.

る。 Here, the mechanism of alarm generation in the automatic alarm valve will be explained. FIG. 5 shows a conventional automatic alarm valve, in which a pipe (not shown) is connected to the secondary side of the alarm valve main body 1, and a plurality of sprinkler heads are attached to the end of the pipe. When the sprinkler head is activated due to a fire and water on the secondary side flows out from the sprinkler head, the secondary side of the alarm valve body has a negative pressure than the primary side, so the main disk 2 opens as shown by the dashed line. be done.
At this time, the pilot valve 3 attached to the main disk is also opened, so water flows into the alarm waterway 4, which in turn flows into the signal water outlet 5 of the alarm waterway, activates the pressure switch 6, and sets the alarm. to occur.

At this time, a small amount of water also flows into the alarm channel from the pilot valve, but if the pressure switch is activated by water flowing into the alarm channel when there is no fire, false alarms are often issued. It turns out. Therefore, in order to prevent the pressure switch from activating the inflow of water when a fire is not occurring, the pressure switch is equipped with a tank or a delay timer to prevent it from being detected, but even so, water remains in the alarm channel for a long time. If it is on, the pressure switch will be activated without the tank or delay timer working. Conventionally, therefore, the alarm channel communicates with a drain pipe 8 through a small orifice 7 in order to allow the water in the alarm channel to flow out of the alarm channel while the tank or delay timer is operating. Since the orifice 7 has a small hole, if the pilot valve is completely opened and pressurized water continuously flows into the alarm waterway, as in the case of a fire, the signal water intake will be greater than the amount discharged from the orifice. The amount of water that enters through the outlet and acts on the pressure switch is greater than the amount of water that causes the alarm to be sounded.

Afterwards, water may enter the alarm waterway when the pipe is filled with water. If this debris is larger than the orifice and enters in a large amount, it will clog the orifice, but if the orifice is clogged, even if water flows in due to the oscillation inside the pipe as described above, it will clog the orifice. Since this is not discharged from the orifice, the pressure switch is activated and an alarm is issued.

いう不都合もあつた。 In conventional automatic alarm valves, there is a hole 10 covered with a screw 9 on the opposite side of the water pipe in which the orifice is drilled, and if the orifice becomes clogged with dirt, a wire can be inserted through the hole. They were pushing trash and other items that were stuck in the orifice. However, because automatic alarm valves are not aesthetically pleasing to the interior, they are often placed in corners of rooms or in narrow storage rooms, where the hole for inserting the wire is close to a wall or where other piping may come into contact with the valve. In some cases, it was not possible to insert the wire into the hole. In addition, the work of removing dust and the like required a wire to be inserted into an orifice that was difficult to see, which was a time-consuming process. Furthermore, with conventional automatic alarm valves, if the orifice is clogged with debris that is larger than the orifice, no matter how much you poke it with a wire, it will simply move the debris away from the orifice and water will flow into the alarm channel. There was also the inconvenience that the orifice would become clogged with debris.

This invention was developed in view of the shortcomings of conventional automatic alarm valves, and allows cleaning of clogged orifices without using a wire. Moreover, even if the automatic alarm valve is installed in a narrow space, cleaning of clogs can be done easily. To provide an automatic alarm valve that is not only easy to use but also allows for easy removal of large particles.

With conventional automatic alarm valves, an orifice was installed in the water pipe, making it difficult to remove debris. Therefore, in the present invention, the hole leading to the water pipe is made the same as the alarm waterway, so that any debris present in the alarm waterway can be directly flushed into the water pipe. The orifice is installed in the middle of the warning waterway, and the orifice is moved so that the warning waterway can be fully opened.

The drain valve 11 connected to the main body 1 of the automatic alarm valve has an alarm water channel 4' communicating with the alarm water channel 4 of the main body,
The alarm water channel 4' communicates with the water pipe 8 of the drain valve 11 with the same diameter. A hole 12 is bored upwardly in the middle of the warning waterway 4' of the drain valve, and a stake 13 is removably inserted into the hole. The lower end of the stake 13 has a hemispherical shape with approximately the same curved surface as the alarm water channel having a circular cross section, and an orifice groove 14 is formed at the tip to allow a small amount of water to pass through at all times. When the stay is inserted, the orifice groove is parallel to the alarm channel as shown in the figure. In order to ensure that the orifice groove is parallel to the alarm waterway, a guide pin 15 is installed in the part of the stay that is inserted into the hole 12, and a guide groove that allows the guide pin to be inserted into the hole 12 is also provided. 16, the parallel position can be easily taken. A female screw is provided in the upper part of the hole 12, and a cap 17 for holding down the stay from above is screwed into the female screw and tightened to firmly fix the stay.

Further, 21 is a three-way valve installed at the signal water outlet.

る。 If the orifice at the tip of the stake is clogged with debris, remove the cap screwed into the hole 12 and pull up the stake 13 slightly as shown in FIG. As a result, the alarm waterway becomes wider, and garbage and the like flow out into the water pipes along with the flow of water. However, if the orifice groove is clogged with debris, etc., it may not be possible to remove the debris by simply pulling up the stay a little. In this case, remove the stay from the hole and remove the orifice groove. If you clean it, you can remove it no matter how tightly it is stuck together.

In this invention, an orifice is formed at the tip of a stake that is movably installed in the middle of the warning waterway.
When removing dirt or the like that is clogged in the orifice, the dirt or the like can be easily removed by simply pulling up the stay. Therefore, even if there are walls, pipes, etc. around the automatic alarm valve, it is not only possible to easily remove dust and the like, but also large dust and the like, which was previously considered impossible to remove, can now be removed.
