Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) (a) 樹脂フイルムと、 (b) 該樹脂フイルムの両面に形成された電極
と、 (c) 該電極をエツチングして一部を切り欠い
て形成されたインクの供給路と、 (d) 上記樹脂フイルムをエツチングして貫通
して形成されたノズルと、 (e) 該ノズルの内壁に上記両電極と接続して
配設された発熱体と、 (f) 該インクの供給路に接続されたインクタ
ンクと、 (g) 上記ノズルに接続されたオリフイス板と
を有し、 (h) 該オリフイス板にオリフイスを形成した
ことを特徴とするインクジエツトヘツド。 (2) 上記発熱体はＮｉ，Ｐを主成分とする無電
解メツキ被膜である請求項１記載のインクジエツ
トヘツド。
