るラベルフオーマツト記憶手段とを備えたラベル
プリンタであつて、商品ごとにラベルフオーマツ
トの番号を含む各種の商品情報を登録可能な商品
情報記憶手段と、商品を指定する商品指定手段と
、上記ラベルの種別を検出するラベル検出手段と
、各ラベルごとに複数のラベルフオーマツトの番
号を登録可能なフオーマツト番号記憶手段と、上
記ラベル検出手段によつて検出されたラベルにつ
いて使用可能なフオーマツト番号を上記フオーマ
ツト番号記憶手段から読み出すと共に、読み出し
たフオーマツト番号に対応するラベルフオーマツ
トが上記商品指定手段によつて指定された商品に
ついて許容されているか否かを上記商品情報記憶
手段に記憶された当該商品のフオーマツト番号に
基づいて判別し、許容されている場合に該当する
フオーマツト番号のラベルフオーマツトを上記ラ
ベルフオーマツト記憶手段から呼び出して、その
ラベルフオーマツトに従つて指定商品の商品情報
などが印字されるように上記印字手段を制御する
