Claims (1)
- 被測定用の磁気デイスクの表面と浮上面を対向
させかつ進退自在に設け、この磁気デイスクの表
面の突起の有無を検出するように構成してなる磁
気デイスク用グライドヘツドにおいて、本体をＡ
ｌＴｉＣによつて形成すると共に、この本体に検
出部材を一体に固着したことを特徴とする磁気デ
イスク用グライドヘツド。
