In the case of a lock-type writing instrument that protrudes and retracts from the tip of the cylinder, when the cartridge is stored in the barrel after use, the cartridge moves backward due to the elastic force of the elastic member and is subjected to an impact at the retracted position. In addition, the following problems occurred. In other words, due to the impact when the cartridge is backed up, the ink storage section, which is made up of various synthetic fiber bundles, etc. inside the cartridge, shifts backward from its predetermined position even if the rear end of the cartridge is locked with the tail plug at the rear of the cartridge, and the writing section is damaged. Alternatively, contact with the ink relay section may become poor, resulting in ink not continuing (ink fading) or the like.

It is not easy to ensure that ink enters the ink storage section from the rear side.

This is a cartridge made of synthetic resin or metal, and a tail plug 4 is fixed to the rear of the cartridge 1.
A spring 5 is arranged in the space between the tail plug 4 and the ink storage section 2, and the front part of this spring 5 abuts the rear part of the ink storage part 2, and the rear part contacts the tail plug 4. ing.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a retractable mechanism installed in the rear of the shaft cylinder 6. To explain this retractable mechanism, a presser 9 is disposed at the rear end of the shaft cylinder 6 so as to be able to move forward and backward a certain distance, and is connected to the presser 9. The inner stage 10a of the locking member 10 is brought into contact with the rear end of the cartridge 1, and the engaging portion 10b protruding from the side tip of the locking member 10 projects outward from the hole 6a of the shaft cylinder 6. . Reference numeral 11 denotes a clip disposed on the rear outer surface of the shaft cylinder 6, and this clip 11 has a V-shaped portion 1 that contacts or approaches the surface of the shaft cylinder 6 at the front.
1a, and this V-shaped portion 11a is provided with a hole 11b that faces the hole 6a of the shaft tube 6.

In order to make the cartridge protrude further, as shown in FIG. The engaging portion 10b of the locking member 10 also moves forward within the hole 6a of the shaft tube 6, pushes the tip of the clip 11 outward, and then closes the V-shaped portion 1.
1a and engages with the locking hole 11b, the writing part 3 of the cartridge 1 protrudes from the tip of the barrel 6,
It becomes possible to write. When ink is consumed by writing, air is pumped into the ink storage section 2.
However, this air enters the ink storage section 2 through the air passage provided by the spring 5 as a gap, and the ink is smoothly supplied to the writing section 3.

制されている。 When storing the writing part 3 of the cartridge 1 in the barrel 6, the engaging part of the locking member 10 is removed by pulling the tip of the clip 11 outward with your fingers or pushing down the rear part of the clip 11. When the cartridge 10b is removed from the locking hole 11b of the clip 11, the cartridge 1, locking member 10, and pusher 9 are moved rearward by the elastic force of the elastic member 7 in the barrel 6. At this time, even if an impact is applied to the cartridge 1 at its backward position and the ink storage section 2 inside the cartridge 1 moves backward, the spring 5 disposed at the rear of the ink storage section 2 immediately activates its own ink storage. Part 2
The elastic force generated by the backward movement of the ink storage section 2 returns it to a predetermined position. Here, since the spring 5 is designed to ensure an air passage through its gap, when the ink storage section moves backward and retreats to a predetermined position, a sudden pressure change occurs at the rear of the ink storage section. is suppressed as much as possible.

is arranged, and a spring 5 is arranged at the rear of the locking plate 12, making it possible to capture the backward movement of the ink storage section 2 from a surface, thereby providing more reliable impact resistance in the cartridge 1. It is. However, the rear part of the ink storage section 2 must not be sealed.

る。 As mentioned above, the present invention provides a lock-type writing instrument with a built-in cartridge, which has an ink storage section that stores water-based ink inside the writing section that can be retracted and retracted from the tip of the barrel by an appropriate retraction mechanism. Since the spring is placed at the bottom of the cartridge, the spring prevents the ink storage part from moving backwards as much as possible when the cartridge is stored. As a result, when the cartridge is stored, there is no possibility of poor contact with the ink relay part or the writing part. This can eliminate as much as possible the ink smudges that occur when printing. Furthermore, since the ink storage part of the cartridge is supported by a spring when it is stored (when not in use), it is possible to prevent the ink storage part from moving backwards as much as possible even if it is dropped when it is not in use. be.
In addition, as mentioned above, not only can the backward movement of the ink storage part be prevented as much as possible, but the spring itself acts as a spacer for air to enter at the rear side of the ink storage part, so there is no variation in length in the ink storage part. It is possible to reliably let air in even if there is a problem, and in this respect, it is possible to prevent ink fading as much as possible. Furthermore, since the gap between the springs ensures an air passage, it is possible to minimize the occurrence of sudden pressure changes at the rear of the ink storage unit when the ink storage unit moves backward and retreats to a predetermined position. Therefore, it is possible to suppress as much as possible destabilization of ink discharge due to air being forced into the rear part of the ink storage section or causing ink to retreat.
