Claims (1)
- イネーブル期間中計測用のクロツクパルスをア
ツプカウントするアツプカウンタと、被測定パル
スの開始時点を検出するパルス前縁検出回路と、
前記アツプカウンタの出力信号を前記パスル前縁
検出回路の検出タイミングでロードされてイネー
ブル期間中のボロー出力が出るまで前記クロツク
をダウンカウントするダウンカウンタと、前記ダ
ウンカウンタの前記ボロー出力および前記被測定
パルスからそれぞれ前記アツプカウンタおよび前
記ダウンカウンタの前記イネーブル期間を指示す
る信号を発生する第１および第２の論理回路とを
備えていることを特徴とする最大パルス幅測定回
路。
