- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 試料台をマニピユレータの長距離移動軸と平行
に移動させるとともに傾斜させる試料台用マニピ
ユレータにおいて、 試料台の垂直軸が該マニピユレータの長距離移
動軸と一致し、 試料台を傾斜させる機構が、前記長距離移動軸
と軸心が一致する回転軸と、該回転軸の一端にこ
れと同軸に固定された第１の傘歯車と、第１の傘
歯車と噛合い、前記試料台が第１の傘歯車と向き
合い、試料を載せる面が回転中心を通る軸と平行
になるように該軸に取付けられて前記試料台を傾
斜させる第２の傘歯車と、第２の傘歯車を支持す
る支えとを含み、第１の傘歯車には前記試料台の
傾斜運動を妨げないように前記試料台と向き合う
部分が凹状に形成されていることを特徴とする試
料台用マニピユレータ。
