に、後閉じ側扉板を閉じて扉板の相互を鍵で施錠
するようにしている。 この場合にしばしば扉板のロツク操作のミスか
ら先閉じ側扉板の掛け止めロツクが不完全のまま
後閉じ側扉板を閉じて扉板の間を施錠した場合に
は、外見上は扉が施錠されているかに見えても実
際には扉を手前引くことにより簡単に扉が開いて

全体の構成を示す。図において1は自動販売機の
キヤビネツト、2,3はキヤビネツト1の前面に
装備した観音開き式扉板であり、該扉板の前面側
には電照板4、商品取出口5およびコイン機構、
商品選択釦等の電装部品が配備されている。ここ
で前記扉板2,3のうち扉板2が先閉じ側、扉板
3が後閉じ側の扉板であり、扉を閉じる際には第
5図に示す矢印,の順序でまず先閉じ側扉板
2を閉じて該扉板のロツク装置をキヤビネツト1
へ掛け止めロツクし、次に後閉じ側扉板3を閉じ
て扉板2と3との間を施錠する。 次に先閉じ側扉板2に装備した扉ロツク装置の
機構を第1図ないし第3図により説明する。まず
第3図に図示のように、扉板2の上下端部とキヤ
ビネツト1との間には従来機構と同様なラツチ式
のロツク機構が装備されている。このラツチ式ロ
ツク機構は、扉板2の裏面側上下端部で引張ばね
6の付勢を受けて扉板の上下端面より突出するよ
うに扉板側のガイド板2aにガイド支持して配備
された上下スライド式のラツチ片7,8と、該ラ
ツチ片7,8に対向してキヤビネツト1の前縁上
下部分に設けたラツチ金具9,10とから成り、
扉板2を閉じた際に前記ラツチ片7,8がそれぞ
れラツチ金具9,10の掛け溝内に嵌り込むこと
により、扉板2が閉じた位置に掛け止めロツクさ
れる。ここで第3図の図中の実線で示すラツチ片
7はラツチ金具9の掛け溝内に嵌合してない掛け
止めロツクの不完全な状態を示しており、この位
置からさらに扉板2を矢印P方向へ押し込むこと
によりラツチ片7はばね6の付勢で矢印Q方向に
スライドし、キヤビネツト側のラツチ金具9に嵌
り込んで完全ロツク状態となる。 一方、前記の先閉じ側扉板2には第4図、第5
図に示すように後閉じ側扉板3と向かい合う側縁
側の上下中間位置にこの考案によるロツクミス防
止用のインタロツク機構11が追加装備されてい
る。該機構の詳細構造は第1図、第2図に図示の
ごとくであり、扉板2の側縁部に取付けたブラケ
ツト12と13との間に支持されたピン14に対
し、先端を扉板2の側縁から側方へ突出するよう
に2枚の回転式レバー15,16が軸支されてお
り、かつ該レバー15,16はそれぞれ連接ロツ
ド17,18を介して第3図に図示のように先記
したラツチ片7,8に連結されている。ここで前
記レバー15は上側のラツチ片7のスライド動作
に連動し、ラツチ片7が扉板2の上端より上方へ
突出すようにスライド移動した際には連接ロツド
17を介してレバー15が扉板2の側縁より後退
して引つ込み、逆に第3図の実線位置で示したよ
うに扉板2を閉じた際の掛け止めロツクが不完全
でラツチ片7の先端がラツチ金具9の溝内に嵌り
込んでない状態では、レバー15はその先端が扉
板2の側縁より側方へ突き出るように連繋されて
いる。これに対してレバー16は、下側のラツチ
片8に連動し、前記レバー7と同様にラツチ片8
の掛け止めロツクが不完全な状態にのみレバー1
6が扉板2の側縁から突出し、それ以外はばね付
勢によるラツチ片8の突出し移動に連動して突出
し位置から後退するように連繋されている。なお
第1図、第2図は第3図のように先閉じ側の扉板
2を閉じた際に、上側のラツチ片7が不完全な掛
け止めロツク状態であるのに対し、下側のラツチ
片8が完全な掛け止めロツク状態にある場合にお
けるインタロツク機構11の各レバー15,16
の動作位置を示している。 上記構成により、先閉じ側扉板2を閉じた際の
操作ミスから、仮に上側のラツチ片7の掛け止め
ロツクが不完全な状態であると、この場合には第
3図で述べたように上側のラツチ片7はキヤビネ
ツト側のラツチ金具9の掛け溝内に嵌合してない
ために正規のロツク位置より下位にあり、したが
つて連接ロツド17は下降してレバー15はその
先端を扉板2の側縁より側方に突出すようにな
る。したがつてこのままの状態で後閉じ側扉板3
を閉じようとしても、レバー15が邪魔物となつ
て扉板3を所定の閉扉位置まで閉じることがでな
い。ここで操作員は先閉じ側扉板2の掛け止めロ
ツク状態が不完全であることに気付き、再度扉板
2を押し込んでラツチ片7をラツチ金具9へ掛け
止めロツクすれば、この動作過程でラツチ片7の
動きに連動してレバー15は扉板2の側縁から内
方に後退する。したがつて後閉じ側扉板3を支障
なく正規の位置に閉じて扉板2との間で確実な施
錠が行えるようになる。またレバー16の動作に
ついても前途レバー15と同様であり、ラツチ片
8の掛け止めロツクが不完全であれば、レバー1
