(Prior art) When using a conventional bus duct as a main line in a building, as shown in Figure 1, a bus duct 1 with a standard length of approximately 3 m, close to the floor height, is connected to the through hole 3 of each floor 2. The bus ducts 1 are laid vertically through each floor 2 and supported via spring hangers 4, and the upper and lower bus ducts 1 are successively connected at a joint part 5. At this time, each bus duct 1
In order to absorb the amount of thermal expansion and contraction, expansions 6 were connected in series at appropriate intervals. In addition, a fireproof seal 7 was applied to the through hole 3 of each floor 2 to prevent a flue. Note that 8 is a plug-in type branch section.

Conventionally, each bus duct 1 was connected on-site, which required connection work to form the joint portions 5 every 3 m, which was very time-consuming, and the reliability of the connections was poor due to on-site work. There was a drawback that the performance was likely to be low. In addition, since the conventional bus duct 1 cannot absorb the amount of expansion and contraction by itself,
There was a drawback that the conductors of each phase had to be connected to an expansion 6 that slides into contact with each other to absorb the amount of expansion and contraction.

Such a long bus duct can be bent and folded at the flexible portion, and can be transported in the folded state. Installation is easy as it only needs to be erected and fixed on site. Also, since it is long, the number of connection points on site can be reduced. Furthermore, since the flexible portion is present, the connection of the expansion can be omitted.
Moreover, since the long insulated conductor has a structure in which the outer periphery of the laminated conductor of the metal strip is covered with an insulating coating, sufficient flexibility of the flexible part can be obtained when bending, and the conductor size This can be easily handled by changing the number of laminated sheets.

(Example) Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, in the long bus duct 9 of this embodiment, three phases of long insulated conductors 10 each having a rectangular cross section are stacked in parallel. The outer periphery of the assembly is covered with rigid boxes 11 made of iron or the like at intervals in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the long bus duct 9
has a structure in which a rigid part 12 which has a rigid box 11 and is not flexible and a flexible part 13 which does not have a rigid box 11 and is flexible exist alternately in the longitudinal direction. . Each long insulated conductor 10 has an insulating coating 16 covering the outer periphery of the laminated conductor 15 of the metal strip 14, and a layer between the laminated metal strips 14 and the laminated conductor 15.
It has a structure in which a lubricant 17 is interposed on the surface. As the metal strip 14, for example, about six copper strips each having a thickness of about 0.5 mm are used. As the lubricant 17, for example, oil, compound, lubricating plastic sheet, etc. are used. Box 11 of each rigid body part 12
A branch portion 18 for branch connection is provided respectively. Although the branch portion 18 is of a plug-in hole type, it may be of a tap conductor type. Each flexible part 1
Protective plates 19 such as thin iron plates are stacked on both sides of the insulated conductors 10 of No. 3 in the stacking direction, and
Both ends of these protection plates 19 are fixed to the rigid box 11 on both sides by bolts 20 and nuts 21 or by welding. Further, a bending portion 22 is provided in the middle of each of the protective plates 19 and the elongated insulated conductor 10 in each flexible portion 13 .

Such a long bus duct 9 has a total length, for example.
Manufactured to a length of approximately 50m. If this length is used as a main line in a general building, one strip length will be sufficient. When transporting such a long bus duct 9, the eighth
As shown in the figure, by bending the flexible portion 13 and folding it into an S-shape, it becomes a small package and can be easily transported. Note that 23 is a connection box. Furthermore, since the flexible portion 13 is protected by the protection plate 19, it is possible to prevent the insulation coating 16 of the long insulated conductor 10 from being damaged during transportation.

When such a long bus duct 9 is installed as a main line of a building, etc., as shown in FIG. After installation, a fireproof seal 7 made of concrete or the like is directly embedded and sealed in the gap between each through hole 3, and a rigid box 11 is attached to each floor 2 with a fixing device (not shown).

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the long bus duct according to the present invention has a structure in which rigid parts and flexible parts are provided alternately in the longitudinal direction of the long insulated conductor, so that it can be extended to any length. Even if it is made long, it can be folded to make it compact and easy to transport.
Further, according to the present invention, the number of joints formed on site can be reduced by increasing the length, and installation can be performed efficiently. Furthermore, since the flexible portion bends and acts as an expansion, connection of the expansion can be omitted. especially,
In the present invention, since the elongated insulated conductor has a structure in which the outer periphery of the laminated conductor of the metal strip is covered with an insulating coating, sufficient flexibility of the flexible portion can be obtained when bending. Furthermore, laminated conductors have the advantage that changes in conductor size can be easily handled by changing the number of laminated conductors.
