け、この制御スイツチのオンオフに基づいて前記
モータの運転制御を行うことにより、前記テンシ
ヨンバーを前記不良紙の弛みによつて形成される
袋部内においてほぼ水平な状態を維持しながら上
下動させるようにしたことを特徴とする不良紙巻
