  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 本体１に備えたヒーター２と、ヒーター２
    の表面温度を検出する温度検出手段３と、ヒータ
    ー２への通電停止後にのみ本体１に接近する人体
    を検知する人体検知手段５と、ヒーター２への通
    電及び前記各手段３，５の駆動を制御する制御手
    段６を備え、温度検出手段３によるヒーター２表
    面の安全な温度Ｔ１を越える危険温度を検出中と
    人体検知手段５による人体検知中のある一定時間
    内は間欠的に発音し、かつ、前記のある一定時間
    経過以降は発音を停止する報知手段７を備えたこ
    とを特徴とする電気調理器。 (2) 前記報知手段７に音声による報知あるいは
    ブザーを用いてなる請求項(1)記載の電気調理器
    。
