【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、保冷皿用の保冷容器に関するもの
で、食器の高台内に、バネによる係止で着脱する
保冷容器に於いて、上面を熱伝導率の大きいアル
ミニユーム水平板にした熱伝導率の小さい容器で
熱伝導率の大小2面を特徴とする陶磁器食器の高
台内用容器に冷媒布及着脱具を備えた保冷容器で
ある。この考案は陶磁器食器を対象とするもの
で、食事時に於いてその食器の美術的部分及容姿
を妨げない様に、保冷容器を食器の高台内に隠設
するものであるが、皿上の食品を保冷する目的に
於いて、障害物である皿底板を介して行なうもの
であるから、相当な放冷力を必要とするものであ
る、従つて本考案は、保冷容器内の限られた冷原
料を、効率的に放冷を最大限に発揮するために、
保冷容器の上面を熱伝導率の大きいアルミニユー
ム水平板にし、放冷を上面に限定すると共に、皿
底下面の微細な起伏や凹凸面に対し、冷媒布を介
在させ冷通を完ぺきにした手段である、更に、高
台内に係止を設けた該皿を、該係止に対応する着
脱具を設けた該保冷容器の上に置き、該皿の自重
で装着出来る様にし、挺子を利用する取はずし具
も併設した、皿高台内に着脱する、保冷容器の構

付けした長方片14・24を、高台下端の縁4を
挺子台に外側に折り曲げて容器の取りはずしを行
ない、容器内の氷化を繰り返し出来る保冷皿用保
