【発明の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
この発明は家具組立に必要な金具に
関するものである。
（従来の技術）
ダボ式とネジ式とがありダボ式の場
合は組立後の仕方によってすきまが
あいたり組立作業時に手間がかかり
すぎたりする。ネジ式の場合はネジ
の頭の部分が露出するのを防ぐため
キャップが使用されている。
（実施例）
本発明はその欠点を除くために発明
されたものである。ず１の図面に基
づいて説明すればパネルにオス型レ
ールをネジで固定する。一方のパネ
ルを機械でメス型レールが入る分サワ
リを入れ小口を仕上げてメス型レー
ルをパネルに差し込みネジで固定
する。これを正面からオス型レール
にメス型レールを組合わせて後方で
固定する方法である。正面から差し込
めない場合（突起物）は図１８のように途中から差し込
める金具を使用する。

（発明の効果）
本案を使用する事によって家具組立
にスムーズさと強度さが得られ外見
から露出する金具類がなくドライバー
で組立可能取りはずし簡単でありレ
ールの長さも必要に応じて切断して
使用できるので経済的である。
図は本発明の実施例を示すものである。
オス型レールトメス型レールを組合わせる方法には２通
りあり最初から差し込む方法（図１〜図１７）と途中か
ら差し込む方法（図１８〜図３２）とかありその方法に
よって金具が違ってくる。 （図３３〜図４４）までの図面は（図１〜ず１７までの
図面と用途は同じでデザインだけが少し違ったものであ
る。 （図４５〜図５６）までの図面は（ず１８〜図３までの
図面と用途は同じでデザインだけが少し違ったものであ
る。

金具家具組立後金具が隠れていて表面に見えない金具
