- 電磁コイルと、電磁コイルの励磁回路と並列に
接続されこの励磁回路との間でコイルの逆起電流
のループを形成するダイオードと、このループ内
の前記励磁回路に接続された電流値検出用の抵抗
とを備えたことを特徴とする電磁アクチユエータ
。
