図面は、本考案に係る電磁スイツチにおけるタ
ーミナルハウジングの保護構造の実施例を示した
ものであつて、第１図は第２図で示すＡ−Ａ線で
断面した電磁スイツチの断面図、第２図はスイツ
チカバーにターミナルハウジングを組付けた状態
を示す正面図、第３図は同断面図、第４図は同背
面図、第５図は要部の分解斜視図、第６図は従来
例を示す要部断面図である。 図中、１は電磁スイツチ、７は可動接点、８は
スイツチカバー、９は端子ボルト、１１はターミ
ナルハウジングである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. スイツチカバーの端子ボルト突出部に、導電ケ
    ーブルに接続される端子板を回止め状に取付ける
    ためのターミナルハウジングを配設してなる電磁
    スイツチにおいて、前記ターミナルハウジングを
    、該ターミナルハウジングのスイツチカバーに突
    当たる底面部も含めて、端子ボルトの先端から挿
    入せしめるワツシヤが遊嵌する内径を備えた筒形
    状に設定し、このターミナルハウジングの底面に
    は、スイツチカバー側の突当て面に形成した凹部
    に嵌合して回止めされるべくスイツチカバー側に
    向けて突出し、かつ前記端子ボルトに挿入せしめ
    たワツシヤが抜止め係止するようボルト軸心に向
    けて突出する凸部を形成すると共に、さらにスイ
    ツチカバーの突当て面は、凸部が凹部に嵌合した
    状態で、凸部のワツシヤ対向面に対して略同等か
    ボルト先端側に位置するように設定して、前記端
    子ボルトに挿入せしめたワツシヤがスイツチカバ
    ーの突当て面に接当して受止め支持されるように
    構成したことを特徴とする電磁スイツチにおける
    ターミナルハウジングの保護構造。
