斜視図、第６図は同要部断面図である。 図中、１は端子盤、２は一側盤、３は挿入孔、
４は挿通孔、５は仕切部、７はバネ、８はスペー
サ、９は接片、１０は接点、１１はボタン、１２
は接続ケーブルである。
第２図は同要部矢視Ａ−Ａ断面図、第３図と第４
図は同それぞれ装着状態の動作説明をする要部断
面図、第５図は従来構造の端子盤装着を示す要部
斜視図、第６図は同要部断面図である。 図中、１は端子盤、２は一側盤、３は挿入孔、
４は挿通孔、５は仕切部、７はバネ、８はスペー
サ、９は接片、１０は接点、１１はボタン、１２
は接続ケーブルである。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 空気調和機の筺体内に配置され、ボタンと
複数の接続ケーブルを装着するための箱状の端子
盤に於いて、一側壁の上下に前記ボタンを挿入す
る挿入孔と前記接続ケーブルを挿通する複数の挿
通孔とを穿設し、その裏面に前記挿入孔と前記複
数の挿通孔とを上下に仕切る仕切部を形成し、前
記挿入孔の奥方に一辺を前記端子盤内のコーナに
当接する略Ｖ字状のバネを配設し、前記挿通孔の
奥方に一端を他側壁に支持し、他端を前記仕切部
下方に延伸する複数の接片を設け、前記挿入孔に
先端を前記バネの他片に当接したボタンを配設す
ると共に、前記バネの突端と前記接片との間にス
ペーサを設け、前記ボタンの操作によつて前記接
続ケーブルの係脱を行うようにしたことを特徴と
する端子盤。 (2) 前記端子盤とボタンおよびスペーサとの材
料が、それぞれ絶縁材料から成る請求項(1)記載
の端子盤。
