- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 画像形成装置に用いられる原稿走査装置であつ
て、原稿の走査方向と直角な方向での画像形成領
域以外の端部を走査方向に沿つて牽引する牽引部
材と、この牽引部材の展張方向両端が捲装されて
いるプーリとを備えた原稿走査装置において、 上記展張方向の一方に位置して牽引部材が捲装
されているプーリの回転軸を対向するプーリの回
転軸と共通とし、この共通軸上のプーリ間にこの
軸を一体とした駆動モータを設けたことを特徴と
する原稿走査装置。
