材料を入れた容器を湯の中に入れて茹でので、
容器の上部が湯の上で、浮遊する状態を保たせる

キヤラクター等の形状に造つた容器に入れて茹で
るのである。茹でる時、容器が静止したままゆだ
るのが理想であるが、熱湯の中では、湯の動きに
のつて、回つたり、ひつくり返つたり、上下した
りする。その動きを静止させるため、容器にうき
を設けて、常に容器の開口部は湯上に出し浮かせ
た状態で安定させ、形良いゆで卵や、パンや、お

部4となる。開口部4の外側に巾0.5〜1cm位の
うき5を設けるが、容器1と同素材を用いる場合
は、なるべく薄く軽くし、うき5の中を空洞に形
成し、円型、半円型いづれの形でもよい。開口部
4の外周りに固着又は、開口部4を延長成形もよ
い。開口部4の内周りに、蓋2のネジ6′と合わ

い。うき5にコルクを用いると、コルクの浮く力
が利用できる。蓋2も軽く、うき5も軽くなれば

10cm位の筒状の容器1′の開口部4′を、容器1′
の外側に3分の1位折り曲げて、その端を固着す
る。又内側に折り曲げる場合は、3分の1より多
く折り曲げるだけでもよい。折り曲げられた3分
の1の部分に、空気を入れる吹き込み口7を設け
る。この吹き込み口7は、空気が入れやすく、ぬ
けないように開閉弁8を設けるほか、パイプ9を
固設してもよい。此の吹き込み口7から空気を入
れた二重になつた部分がうき5′となるのである。
うき5′と容器1′を区切る境10によつて分けら
れ、ダルマの形になるのである。区切る境10
は、紐、ゴム、等でしめるか、素材そのものをね
じることもよい。いづれの場合も、きつくしめ過
ぎないことである。此の部分のすき間が穴3′と

に浮いている。10分程茹でて取り上げる。境10
のしめた部分を解き広げて、中の茹だつた卵を逆
さにして出す。白い雪ダルマの出来上りである。
この本案の場合、茹で上つたままの状態で、容器
1′に入つたまま、ピクニツク等の外食に、冷蔵
庫にそのまま入れておく等、長期保存にも効果が
