Conventional partition materials of this type generally engage the vertical and horizontal pieces with a long U-shaped engagement groove, but
After being engaged, they tend to come off easily, causing problems in assembly and packaging of products. Therefore, some devices lock the engaged state by bending the protruding piece after engagement, but this requires an extra operation for locking, which is time-consuming. In addition, there are devices in which locking holes are provided in succession at the inner ends of the engaging grooves of the partition pieces so that they lock with each other, thereby eliminating the need for a locking operation. According to this method, the locking hole is formed by cutting out the cutout, but it requires a scraping operation to completely remove the cutout in the area formed by the cut, making it time-consuming to form the partition piece. It was.

Therefore, the present invention provides a partition material that is easy to form, does not require post-processing, and can be locked simply by engaging with each other. For this reason, in the present invention, each of the vertical and horizontal partition pieces is provided with an engagement cut that penetrates to the back surface for half the length in the vertical direction, and a bent piece with a width equal to the thickness of the partition piece can be formed in the engagement cut part. In this way, a bending notch is made parallel to the engaging notch with a width equal to the thickness of the partition piece from each of the engaging notches without penetrating it, and a notch is passed through between the inner ends of those notches. The structure consists of what was done in the first place.

A bending notch is made parallel to the engaging notch with a width corresponding to the thickness of the partition piece from each engaging notch, and a notch is made to pass through between the inner ends of those notches. By doing so, a bent piece having a width equal to the thickness of the partition piece is formed in the engagement notch. By aligning the vertical and horizontal partition pieces with these folded pieces facing each other and inserting and engaging them,
Each folded piece touches each other and passes while bending, and after passing the other folded piece, the inner end surfaces of each folded piece face each other at the center and are in a contact and locking state, so that each folded piece This prevents the partition piece from coming off, so it is locked simply by inserting it.

As shown in the figure, make an engaging notch A that penetrates to the back paper 2 by half the length from the top edge, and fold it parallel to the engaging notch A with a width equal to the thickness of the partition piece. The curved cut B is made by cutting the core 3 from the front paper 1 side without penetrating the back paper 2. Furthermore, a cut C is made to pass horizontally between the inner ends of the cuts A and B. With this bending cut B and cut C, the third
As shown in the figure, the portion surrounded by the engagement notch A becomes a bending piece K that can be bent. On this occasion,
As shown in FIG. 3, there are cases where the surface paper side of the folded piece K comes off naturally, but there are also cases where it remains, and either of these is acceptable. It is sufficient to use two types of partition materials: the partition piece Sa formed in this way and the partition piece Sb upside down. As shown in Fig. What is necessary is just to insert into the engagement notch A of the other partition piece Sa with the bent pieces K facing each other.
As a result, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each bent piece K passes through the other bent piece K while being bent by pressure contact. In addition, if the surface base paper side of the folded piece K remains, it will peel off at this time. When the insertion is completed and the folded piece K on the other side passes, the engagement is completed as shown in Fig. 6. In this state, the inner end surface of each bent piece K is
Since the partitions Sa and Sb are in a locked state where they face each other and are partially in contact with each other, the partition pieces Sa and Sb are prevented from coming off each other. Note that Figure 8 shows the completed partition, and Figure 9 shows the completed state of the partition.
As shown in the figure, even after the partition is completed, it can be kept in the folded state. In this way, according to this example, the folded pieces K can be locked by the inner end surfaces Ka of each folded piece K by simply inserting them, and the cuts A, B, and C can be made at the same time, and the formation of the partition pieces is easy and easy. No processing required. Although this example is configured as described above, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the material of the partition material is not limited and may be made of plastic. In the case of plastic, cuts A and B (cut C is not shown) may be made as shown in FIG. 10, and a bent piece 4 is formed as shown in FIG. 11. Further, in the case of a thick plate ball, etc., by making cuts A and B (cut C is not shown) as shown in FIG. 12, a bent piece 5 is formed as shown in the imaginary line. Furthermore, in the case of composite corrugated board, cuts A and B (cut C is not shown) may be made as shown in FIG. That is, the cut B may be made so that a bent piece can be formed. As shown in FIG. 14, bending notches B are provided on both sides of the engaging notch A, and the bending notches B
It is also possible to make a cut C that penetrates between the inner ends of the groove and to arrange the bent pieces 6 and 7 facing each other. according to this,
Whereas in the embodiment, it is necessary to insert the folded pieces in opposing directions, the folded pieces 6 and 7 can be locked in opposing directions no matter which direction they are inserted.

As described above, according to the present invention, by simply inserting the partition pieces, the inner end surfaces of the folded pieces face each other and come into contact with each other, so that they are locked and the partition pieces do not come off. Furthermore, since the cuts for forming the bent pieces can be easily made, the partition pieces can also be easily formed, and there is an effect that no special post-processing is required.
