By doing so, it is possible to reduce the cost of construction work, and by simplifying on-site work, it is possible to cope with the expected shortage of specialized craftsmen in the future.

On the floor panel receiver 3a integrally formed on the wooden base 1,
Place one short side or two sides including the long side of the floor panel 5, and place the other side or two opposite sides on the floor panel support 2 or floor panel support 3a that supports the floor, and then install and fix it. Construction was underway. However, when installing the floor panel 5 using this method, the pillar 7 will be formed on the upper surface C of the main drawer, so the pillar 7 will be removed during the installation process.
It becomes necessary to cut out the corners of the floor panel 5 that are in contact with the floor panel 5, and therefore, as shown in the example shown in FIG. is now needed. Since the mounting positions of these various types of floor panels 5 are specified, the work at the construction site becomes complicated and labor-intensive, and the work requires a large number of specialized craftsmen.

るものである。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As shown above, the conventional floor panel construction method requires the pillars and the floor panel to be interlocked.
It becomes necessary to cut out the corners of the floor panels as many times as they come into contact with the pillars, which requires a wide variety of floor panels each having a different shape. As a result, the work at the construction site becomes complicated and labor-intensive, and furthermore, a large number of specialized craftsmen are required, which is one of the factors that prevents reductions in construction costs. The present invention aims to provide a floor panel construction method that solves the above-mentioned problems by simplifying the floor panel installation work at a construction site.

め目的を達成したものである。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and is configured as follows to achieve the purpose. Conventionally, when installing the floor panel 5, the wooden base 1, which is set on the top surface of the fabric foundation 11a of the building, is installed.
Place one short side of the floor panel 5, or two sides including the long side, on the floor panel support 3a that is integrally formed inside the building, and place the opposite side or two sides under a large tension. 2
The construction was carried out by placing it on the floor panel support 3a and fixing it in place. In the installation work of the floor panel 5 according to the present invention, the cloth foundation 11b of the building is constructed to be wider than the conventional cloth foundation 11a, and the floor panel receiver 3b and the wooden foundation 1 are placed on the upper surface of the cloth foundation 11b to form an L-shape. Alternatively, it is formed into a shape having an allowance a capable of receiving the floor panel 5, which shows the construction shape. The upper surface C of the opposing large drawer is shaped so as to match the upper surface of the wooden base and the floor panel surface d, and a floor panel receiver 3c is provided in the middle of the side surface of the large drawer 2, and the shape has an allowance a that can receive the floor panel 5. was formed. Next, the floor panel 5 will be explained based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a layout diagram of the floor panel 5 according to the prior art.
As explained above, a floor panel 5 of many meters is required, which has a different shape depending on the arrangement of the pillars 7. Further, in the dimension from the wooden base side surface A to the side core B of the full width of the large drawer and the dimension from B to B, the dimension from B to B is longer than the dimension from B to B even in the floor panel 5 having the same shape. However, the arrangement of the floor panel 5 according to the present invention is as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.
Since the surface d of the floor panel is configured to match the upper surface C of the main drawer and the upper surface of the wooden base, the surface d of the floor panel 5 in contact with the pillar 7
Therefore, only the floor panel 5 of the same shape can be used for installation work. Moreover, since the dimension from the side surface A of the wooden base to the side surface C of the main drawer is the same as the dimension from C to C, it is possible to perform construction using only one type of exactly the same floor panel 5, which solves the problem mentioned above. The purpose was achieved by solving the problem.

The formation of the floor panel receiver is shown in FIGS. 4-6. The floor panel receiver 3b is made of sawn lumber equal to the full width of the cloth foundation 11b on the upper surface of the cloth foundation 11b, which is constructed wider than the conventional construction method, and is integrally formed with the wooden foundation 1 provided on the upper surface thereof. It was formed to show the shape and have an allowance a for receiving the floor panel 5. In addition, when the cloth foundation 11b is constructed inside a building, as shown in FIG. The installation is integrally formed, and the space A for receiving the floor panel 5 is shown as a ↓ shape, and the side A of the wooden base is
It was formed to have both sides. The floor panel support 3c is integrally formed on one or both of the midsections of the side surface C of the drawer of the drawer 2 that supports the floor, and its position is at a position where the thickness of the floor panel 5 is subtracted from the upper surface C of the drawer. is formed as the upper surface of the floor panel receiver 3c, and has an allowance a for receiving the floor panel 5. In addition, Figure 6 shows the top surface C of Daibiki 2.
Cut out one or both of them by the thickness of the floor panel 5,
This shows an embodiment in which the floor panel 5 is formed into a shape having an allowance a for receiving the floor panel 5.

Since the surface of the floor panel is shaped to match the top surface of the large drawer and the top surface of the wooden base, the floor panel will not hit the pillars when installing the floor panel, and as a result, there will be no need to manufacture irregularly shaped panels, and the dimensions will be reduced. Since the dimensions are determined internally, such as from the side of the wooden base to the side of the wooden base and the side of the large drawer, the dimensions can also be the same, and the installation work of the floor panels can be done using the same standard and one type of floor panel. I am now able to do this. Furthermore, since it does not require a wide variety of floor panels, it
This has made it possible to significantly reduce the number of personnel and shorten the construction period in the installation of floor panels, which previously required specialized craftsmen, and is a significant solution to the shortage of specialized craftsmen, which is expected to be halved in the future. This is a great invention.
