作業が非常に煩わしくなる欠点があつた。 This type of conventional terminal connecting device supports screws for fixing terminals and constantly presses a movable member slidably across the terminal board outwardly by a helical spring. Because of the structure, the helical spring is constantly pressing against the movable member, and when screwing the screw into the female thread of the terminal board, the lead wire must be fixed while pressing against the screw against the restoring force of the spring. Therefore, when a large number of terminal connection devices are installed together, the disadvantage is that the work is extremely troublesome as it involves the work of fixing the lead wires individually against the restoring force of the spring. It was hot.

ことによつて取付ける。 FIG. 1 shows a front view of a first embodiment of the invention. The terminal block main body 1 is integrally molded from plastic, and includes a partition 2 for ensuring electrical insulation from other adjacent terminal connection devices, a central partition wall 3 that divides the partition into left and right halves, and a partition between the left and right sides of the partition. A left-hand space 4 and a right-side space 5 provided on both sides, a central space 6 provided below the partition wall 3, the above-mentioned space 4,
5, the left end cradle 41 and the right end cradle 5 form part of the
1. The left side wall 61 and the right side wall 62 forming the central cavity 6 are slightly protruded on the front side so that vertical grooves 63 and 64 are formed between the left side wall 61 and the right side wall 62, respectively, in the central cavity 6. Between the installed pedestal 65, the grooves 63a and 64a extending upward from the longitudinal grooves 63 and 64, and the protrusion 66 protruding from the front surface of the pedestal 65, and the bottom wall of the cavity 6. Groove 6 formed
7. Further, a convex portion 7 for fitting into another adjacent terminal connecting device, a recess (not shown) on the back side thereof, etc. are integrally formed. The elastic member 8 is made of a metal plate having a substantially square shape, and has V-shaped trough-shaped bulges 81 and 82 that protrude outwardly at its open free end, which are opposed to each other. Said groove 67
By fitting it into the central cavity 6, it can be attached to a predetermined location within the central cavity 6. The terminal plate 9 is
It is a rectangular flat plate made of a conductor that is supported by the central partition wall 3 and the left and right pedestals 41, 51, with female screws 91, 92 carved on both the left and right sides, and movable members 10, 11 facing the partition part 2 side. Notch 93,9 for passing through
4 is formed. The movable members 10 and 11 are bilaterally symmetrical, with pressing portions 101 and 111 formed on the upper horizontal piece, respectively.
The neck of a screw 12 which is prevented from coming off and a spring washer 13 are rotatably supported in the central hole of the screw 12. Further, hanging pieces 102, 112 extend downward from one end of the pressing portions 101, 111, and have their middle portions slightly protruding from the other portions so as to be slidably inserted into the grooves 63a or 64a. While forming the guide portions 103 and 113,
The lower ends of the hanging pieces 102, 112 extend substantially at right angles to form V-shaped valley-shaped bent portions 104, 114. The procedure for attaching these movable members 10 and 11 to the terminal block main body 1 is to arrange the movable members 10 and 11 in symmetrical positions as shown in FIG. 93 and 94, it is attached by pushing it into a predetermined position together with the terminal plate 9 from the front side of the terminal block main body 1.

is at the upper limit position where the bent portion 104 abuts against the terminal plate 9 in a state where it rests on the upper side of the bulged portion 81 of the elastic member 8 . That is, in this state, since the elastic force of the elastic member 8 is acting in the direction of arrow A, a force in the direction of A' is applied to the movable member 10. Therefore, the movable member 10 is prevented from falling down in the outward direction. In this state, the screw 12 does not fall off from the pressing part 101 of the movable member 10, the screw tip faces the female thread 91, and a gap of width l 1 is created between the screw tip and the upper surface of the terminal plate 9. . The right side of FIG. 1 shows the state in which the lead wire 14 is connected. The terminal plate 9 and the pressing portion 111 sandwich the lead terminal, and the movable member 11 has been lowered to the lower limit position.

It has the characteristic of changing depending on the street. That is, Figure 3a
As shown in FIG. 2, when the lower end bent portion 104 of the movable member 10 rides on the upper surface of the bulging portion 81 of the elastic member 8, the bent portion 104 is elastically moved toward the left side wall 61 by the bulging portion 81. The movable member 10 is stably held by receiving the force. Furthermore, the above-mentioned figure 3a
By pressing the movable member 10 downward from the position shown in FIG. In the lowered position where the movable member 10 contacts the side surface, the movable member 10 is stably held in the same manner as described above.

When pressed, the movable member 10 immediately moves to the lowered position shown in Figure b, and tightens the screw 12 in the state shown in Figure B. At this time, the movable member 10 has its guide portion 103 fitted into the groove 63a, so The state shown in FIG. 3c is reached. While this screw tightening is being performed, the movable member 10 can be operated without being affected by the elastic member 8.

Instead of supporting the movable members 10 and 11, the movable members 10 and 11 are now supported using elastic barriers 68 and 69 formed integrally with the terminal block main body 1. That is, vertical grooves 63' and 6 are formed between the left side wall 61 and the right side wall 62 in the central cavity 6, respectively.
4' are formed, and the width L of the bent portions 104, 114 of the movable members 10, 11 is formed to be slightly larger than the width L' of the longitudinal grooves 63', 64'. Then, the movable member 10 is attached to the terminal block main body 1,
11 is installed, the bent portions 104, 114 are installed in the vertical grooves 63', 64' elastically and movably up and down. In such a device, the lower end bent portion 104 of the movable member 10 is held at the upper limit position where it contacts the terminal plate 9 when the lead wire on the left side of FIG. 4 is not connected. That is,
In this state, the elastic force of the elastic barrier 68 acts in the direction of arrow A, so the movable member 10
A force is applied in the A′ direction. Therefore, the movable member 10
is prevented from falling outward. In this state, the screw 12 does not fall off from the pressing part 101 of the movable member 10, and the tip of the screw faces the female thread 91, so that there is a gap of width l 2 between the tip of the screw and the top surface of the terminal plate 9. There is. The right side of FIG. 4 shows the state in which the lead wire 14 is connected. The terminal plate 9 and the pressing portion 114 sandwich the lead terminal, and the movable member 11 has been lowered to the lower limit position. In such a device, the movable members 10, 11 are always subjected to elastic force directed toward the walls 61, 62 by the elastic barriers 68, 69, and therefore, at any position within the vertical grooves 63', 64' is also maintained stably. Therefore, the handling is the same as that described in the first embodiment, and the user pulls the movable member up to the state shown in Figure 3a, inserts the lead wire, and presses the movable member, which immediately lowers the movable member as shown in Figure b. position, and tighten the screws in the state shown in Figure b to make the connection.

Pull up all the movable members of the terminal connection device to the state shown in Figure 3a, then insert the lead wires one after another and hold them in the state shown in Figure 3b, and finally tighten the screws. Since the lead wires can be connected, it is particularly easy to connect the lead wires of a large number of terminal connecting devices.
