図中、1はフイルタケーシング、2はフイルタ
ケーシングの側壁、3はフイルタユニツト、5は
焼却用チヤンバ、8はエンジン側排気管、9はマ
フラー側排気管、13はオリフイス管、14は開
閉弁、15は圧力空気供給管、20はリード弁で
ある。

用チヤンバとを連通させて接続するオリフイス管
と、該オリフイス管の接続部上流のマフラー側排
気管に設けられた開閉弁と、上記オリフイス管に
設けられたリード弁とを備えたことを特徴とする
