続口及びオリフイス接続口をそれぞれ前記ハウジ
ングの側部に開口しドレン配管が螺合された排水
孔及び呼水配管が螺合された流入出口に連通する
と共に、前記呼水・ドレン口を選択的に前記排水
口又は流入出口に連通する三方弁を設け、該三方
弁の前記流入出口側に該流入出口側への流れを許
す逆止弁を設け、該流入出口のポンプ側に止水弁
