１〜ＣＲＳ３は常開接点、ＯＡはＯＡ機器、ＯＡ
ＳはＯＡ機器の電源スイツチである。なお、図中
同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示し
てある。

ている場合には対応する発光体を点灯させるよう
