体、９……一対の凹欠部、１１……接続フラツプ
、１３……第１のカツト部、１２……第２のカツ
ト部、１４……第２の伸縮弾性体。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 液透過性の表面シート１と液不透過性の裏面
    シート２の間に吸収体３が介置され、かつ前記吸
    収体３の左右両縁外側に沿つて伸縮弾性体５を具
    備しているとともに、オムツ中央領域の幅方向対
    向側縁に一対の凹欠部９を備え、しかもオムツ長
    手方向両端部の幅員が前記中央領域の幅員よりも
    大きく形成されている使い捨てオムツにおいて、 前記一対の凹欠部がオムツの中央領域の両側に
    設けたサイドフラツプ４の端縁と当該サイドフラ
    ツプとオムツの長手方向両端部端縁とを連係する
    接続フラツプ１１の端縁により形成され、当該接
    続フラツプ１１上に前記伸縮弾性体５よりも外側
    の位置にあり、かつその伸縮弾性体５と平行に設
    けた第２の伸縮弾性体１４を配置したことを特徴
    とする使い捨てオムツ。 ２ 前記各凹欠部９は、深い切込みの第１のカツ
    ト部１３と、その両側に浅い切込みの第２のカツ
    ト部１２とからなる２段の切込み部分を有してい
    る第１項記載の使い捨てオムツ。 ３ 浅い切込みの第２のカツト部に沿つた近接位
    置に第２の伸縮弾性体が伸長状態に配置されてい
    る第２項記載の使い捨てオムツ。
