電極８，８ａを各々陰陽極とすべく電圧を印加す
るための電源３とを具備するイオン導入装置に於
て、前記一対の電極８，８ａの少なくとも何れか
一方の電極８の外表面部が、金又は白金で被覆さ
れた状態に形成されてなることを特徴とするイオ
ン導入装置。 ２ 電極が金又は白金でメツキされて形成された
ものである請求項１記載のイオン導入装置。
