Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 厚肉部や偏肉部を有する成形品を成形する射出
成形用金型において、 前記厚肉部や偏肉部を成形するキヤビテイの成
形部に対峙して弁体を有するガス注入ノズルが設
けられ、上記弁体の先端がキヤビテイの成形部に
臨んで形成された注入口から該成形部に突出して
配置されるとともに、弁体が供給されるガスの圧
力により上記注入口を開閉するよう進退自在に設
けられ、ガスの圧力により弁体が後退した時にガ
スを注入口を介して前記キヤビテイの成形部に注
入するように構成されたことを特徴とする射出成
形用金型。
