(従来の技術と問題点) 従来、給湯器からの湯を風呂循環回路を介して
浴槽に給湯するようにしたものとしては、特開昭
61−22148号公報に示されるものがある。これは
風呂循環回路にバイパスを設け、該バイパスに電
磁弁を設けて、落し込み時と循環加熱時とでバイ
パスの開閉を行つていた。

(実施例) 図において、1は給湯器付風呂装置本体であ
り、2が給湯熱交換器、3が風呂熱交換器であ
る。4は浴槽で、風呂熱交換器3との間に循環回
路を形成しており、5が往管、6が戻管である。
7は循環回路に介在させたポンプであり、8はポ
ンプ吸込口に設けた三方弁である。9は三方弁8
の一方の口に接続されたホツパで、給湯回路を回
路の縁切りをし、かつ風呂の循環回路に接続する
ものである。給湯回路は給湯熱交換器2からの出
湯管10を分岐し、一方を台所等のカランに接続
される一般給湯管11とし、他方を前記ホツパ9
に接続される風呂給湯管12としている。13は
給湯回路の分岐部に設けた流路優先弁で、両給湯
管11,12への通路を連動して開閉する弁体1
9,20を有する。尚、弁体は19の方が受圧面
積が大きく、一般給湯側を優先としている。14
は前記風呂の循環回路のポンプ7吐出側と三方弁
8上流の戻管6とを接続するバイパス通路15に
介在させた感温切換弁である。感温切換弁14は
バイパス通路15を開閉する弁体16と、往管5
内に位置し高温湯により伸長して弁体16を付勢
する形状記憶合金バネ17と、該形状記憶合金バ
ネ17と逆方向に付勢するバイアスバネ18とで
形成される。

力が下がり弁体19が開いて出湯する。同時に風
呂給湯を行う場合は、風呂給湯管12に設けてあ
る図示しない電磁弁を開くと給湯管12内の圧力
が下がり、弁体20を開く。しかし、弁体19の
方が受圧面積が大きいため給湯管11側に多く流
れる。すなわち、一般給湯優先となる。一般給湯
使用が終わると、一般給湯管11内の圧力は出湯
管10内と等しくなり、給湯管12側に全てが流
れる。風呂給湯管12に流れる湯は給湯器により
風呂の沸上り温度になつている。ホツパ9内に溜
つた湯は三方弁8によりポンプ7の吸込側に導か
れ、ポンプ7の吐出力によつて浴槽4へ圧送され
る。このとき往管5内に配された形状記憶合金バ
ネ17は収縮しており、バイアスバネ18によつ
て弁体16はバイパス通路15を開いている。従
つて落し込まれた湯は往管5と戻管6との両方を
通つて浴槽4に搬送される。浴槽水位が設定水位
になれば図示しない水位検出器によつて落し込み
動作終了信号が出され、落し込みを終える。この
後浴槽内の湯温が設定温度になるまで循環加熱を
行う。三方弁8を循環側にし、ポンプ7を動か
す。すると熱交換器3で加熱された湯が往管5を
流れていく。この時の湯温は落し込まれた湯を更
に加熱するため高温になつている。形状記憶合金
バネ16はこの高温湯によつて伸長し、バイパス
通路15を弁体16でふさぐ。これによつてポン
プ7と浴槽4との循環回路が形成されるのであ
る。

で、弁開閉のための制御回路やコード等が不要と
なり、弁自体もコンパクトとなると共に安価にな
る。
