- 複数個の半導体パツケージ１を平面状に収納で
きる大きさに成形した導電性を有する外箱１２に
、当該半導体パツケージ１の封止容器１−１を真
空吸引する導電性と弾性が優れた吸盤１４ａを先
端に形成した吸着部材１４を複数個配列したこと
を特徴とする半導体パツケージの収納容器。
