２個の碍子と、該両碍子のそれぞれのコンデンサ
の他端に接続された検出用抵抗とを備え、前記両
抵抗のそれぞれの両端電圧の差と前記導体を流れ
る電流とにより過熱を招く前記導体の抵抗異常を
