転する間における前記受信部での受信信号を複数
の所定深さ毎に分けて求め、これら複数の所定深
さ毎の信号の前記回転体の回転角度に対する変化
を示す曲線が正弦波形に近似し且つその変化幅が
最も大きいものに該当する深さを、地中埋設物の
深さとして求めるようにしたことを特徴とする回
