Oil fences are part of sea surface pollution prevention.
A device that is deployed on the sea surface around oil tankers and oil berths to prevent oil from spreading in the event that oil spills onto the sea surface due to oil spills during cargo handling or other oil leaks. Port facilities that handle petroleum are required to use this method under the Marine Pollution Prevention Act.

る。 Oil fences are roughly divided into two types, floating type and portable type, depending on the expansion method. First, a floating type oil fence has a part of the body of the fence made of a rubber tube, and by pressurizing air into this tube and exhausting it, the fence is floated on the sea surface. Or, it has a structure that allows it to sink to the sea floor. Chains or wires are attached to both sides of the fence at regular intervals, and the chains or wires are tied to sinkers installed on the seabed, so that the fence always floats and sinks at the same position on the sea surface. It is configured as follows. Therefore, since the sea surface surrounded by the floating fence is always a fixed section, permission must be obtained to use the sea surface as an occupied sea surface. On the other hand, a portable oil fence has a floating body fixed to the main body of the fence so that it always floats on the sea surface, and is mounted on a work boat and transported to a destination where it is deployed. At that time, anchor weights are attached at regular intervals and the fence is moored to the seabed so that the expanded shape of the fence on the sea surface does not change. Portable oil fences are simpler than floating oil fences and do not require permission to occupy the sea surface, but in sea areas with currents or waves, it is difficult to maintain the expanded shape, and its deployment is difficult. There are restrictions on shape and length.

In this way, both the portable oil fence and the floating oil fence have their own characteristics, and by utilizing these characteristics, a part of the floating oil fence is left as an opening, and the opening is used as a portable oil fence. Therefore,
A plan was developed to open and close the door.

The present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a floating oil fence, and 2 is a portable oil fence. A male connector 3 is provided at the tip of the floating oil fence 1, and a female connector 4 is provided at the tip of the portable oil fence 2.
FIG. 2 is a detailed view of the female connector 4, and FIG. 3 is a detailed view of the male connector 3. As shown in FIG. 2, the female coupler 4 is fitted with a fitting concave fitting 6 made of light alloy with a floating body 8 mounted thereon, a rope guide 9, and a sealing film 10, and hooks 18 (see FIG. 1) are attached to both sides of the rear surface. ) is provided. Although one of the rope guides 9 is not shown, they are provided corresponding to the left and right sides of the concave metal fitting 6. Further, a stopper rod insertion hole 11 is provided in the vertical direction at the center. Next, the male connector 3 shown in FIG. 3 has a convex SUS hardware 5 on the front, rope guides 13 facing the rope guide 9 on both the left and right sides, a hanging ring 14 on the top, and an eye 15 for anchor rope attachment on the bottom. installed. Further, a stop rod insertion hole 11 is provided in the center of the convex metal part 5 in the vertical direction. Stopping rod 7 of the above male and female coupler
As shown in FIG. 1, the head is equipped with a hook and a stopper 7a, and is made of a round bar made of light metal with a tapered tip for easy insertion. FIG. 4 is a detailed view of the guide rope 12 that also serves as a puller. As shown in the figure, one end is machined with an eye, and the other end is provided with a stopper 16 and a carabiner 17.

スの結合が完了する。 As shown in FIG. 1, guide ropes 12 are permanently connected to rope guides 13 on both sides of the floating oil fence 1 while it is sinking. This state is indicated by a two-dot chain line 12. After floating the floating oil fence 1, pull up the guide rope 12 with a cutter, cut off the joint at the carabiner 17, and then connect the eye-processed side of the guide rope 12 to the female connector 4 of the terminal of the portable oil fence. Pull it out to the rope guides 9 on both sides, pass through the rope guides 9, and connect the eye of the guide rope 12 to the female connector 4.
hook 18 on the back side of the At this time, the other end of the guide rope 12 does not come off the rope guide 13 due to the action of the stopper 16. As a result, the rope guide 13 and the rope guide 9 are connected by the guide rope 12. In this way, the carabiner 17 and the stopper 16 of the guide rope 12 on both sides are connected.
Take the end of the guide rope 12 onto the work boat.
When it is wound up, it is gradually drawn to the end male connector 3 of the floating oil fence 1 while being guided by the guide rope 12 and rope guides 9 and 13 of the portable oil fence. After the drawing is completed and the male and female connectors 3 and 4 are fitted while being positioned almost automatically, the stop rod 7 is inserted into the stop rod insertion hole 11.
This completes the connection of both the portable oil fence and the floating oil fence.

According to the coupling device according to the present invention, there is no need to pull up the oil fence terminal coupling device onto the work boat, and the coupling devices for both oil fences floating on the sea surface are guided by the guide rope 12 and the rope guides 9, 13 and pulled. After bringing them together and fitting them almost automatically, it is only necessary to insert the stopper rod, so the work can be performed safely, reliably, and easily. Further, the pulling operation is easy because the pulling operation can be carried out simply by passing the normally provided guide rope 12 through the guide round ring and hooking it onto the hook 18. Furthermore, after joining, separation is prevented by the action of the stopper rod, and the joined part is covered with a sealing film, thereby increasing the sealing effect.
