Claims (1)
- 単結晶部材１１を多数個取りすべく、単結晶成
長方向ａに並ぶ複数の部材成形用キヤビテイ１２
と、相隣る両キヤビテイ１２間に在つて、そのキ
ヤビテイ１２の断面積よりも小さな断面積を有す
る連通路１３とを備えた多数個取り鋳型において
、前記連通路１３の単結晶進入側ｂ１と前記キヤ
ビテイ１２の単結晶進出側ｃ１との間に中継通路
１４を設け、前記中継通路１４における単結晶進
入側ｂ２の断面積が前記キヤビテイ１２の単結晶
進出側ｃ１の断面積に略等しくなるように、前記
中継通路１４の断面積を単結晶進出側ｃ２より単
結晶進入側ｂ２に向けて漸増させたことを特徴と
する、単結晶部材用多数個取り鋳型。
