Claims (1)
イコライズ動作自在に支持し、該ガン本体に固定
ガンアームを固設すると共に、加圧シリンダの作
動によつて固定ガンアームに対し開閉動作される
可動ガンアームを設け、加圧シリンダのピストン
ロツドの可動ガンアームを開放する方向への動き
を往動として、ピストンロツドの往動時に可動ガ
ンアームが所定の開放位置に開かれたところでピ
ストンロツド又はこれに連動する部材に形成した
ストツパ部に当接するストツパ部材を機台側に固
定して設け、該ストツパ部材への当接反力により
ガン本体をイコライズ動作させて固定ガンアーム
をワークから離間させるようにした溶接ガン装置
であつて、加圧シリンダとして1対のエアシリン
ダを往動方向前位と後位に連接して成るタンデム
型シリンダを用いるものにおいて、両エアシリン
ダに内挿されるピストン間に該両エアシリンダの
中間の隔壁を通してのびるピストンロツドの部分
に、両端を両ピストンに当接させたカラーを外挿
し、該カラーの往動方向後位のエアシリンダのピ
ストンに当接する端部に大径の膨大部を形成し、
前記隔壁に、該後位のエアシリンダのピストンと
の間に画成されるエア室に連通し且つ該膨大部を
受入れ可能なエアポートを形成し、ピストンロツ
ドの往動時に前記ストツパ部が前記ストツパ部材
に当接する前に、該膨大部が該エアポートの開口
端に備えるスール部材に嵌合して該エアポートが
閉塞されるようにしたことを特徴とする溶接ガン
