- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 浄化ユニツト、タンクおよび配管等を備えクー
ラント液を工作機械に循環させるクーラント装置
において、 前記クーラント液の一部を連続または間歇的に
薄膜状乃至は微粒状に流動させる液流動手段と、
この液流動手段で生成した薄膜状乃至は微粒状ク
ーラント液に紫外線を照射する紫外線照射手段と
からなるバクテリア殺菌ユニツトを設けたことを
特徴とするクーラント装置。
