To connect tinsel wire in a composite speaker that integrates a mid-high frequency speaker and a bass speaker, an eyelet is provided on the diaphragm of the bass speaker, the tinsel wire is passed through the eyelet, and then soldered. The common method was to connect the end of the wire to the terminal of a mid-to-high frequency speaker.

It is difficult to select the appropriate pull-out position for the diaphragm, and if the terminal positions of the bass speaker and the mid-high frequency speaker are misaligned, distortion may occur due to the wiring of the tinsel wire, causing damage to the diaphragm. There were drawbacks such as the generation of abnormal noise due to abnormal vibrations.

Drill a hole at a suitable position and an intermediate position, and
The tinsel wire from the terminal is sewn through the holes in the two places to reach the speaker for medium and/or high-pitched sounds, and the lead wire is connected to the tinsel wire in the hole in the middle hole and the hole at the position suitable for the lead wire. ing.

The composite speaker disclosed in the above-mentioned Utility Model Publication No. 57-37589 does not use eyelets for the bass speaker,
Moreover, since no soldering is required, there is no breakage of the tinsel wire or rust caused by the paste, and the advantage is that the tinsel wire can be pulled out to the most suitable position for the bass speaker and mid-high frequency speaker. Since at least three holes are formed on the diaphragm surface of the bass speaker, problems occur in the reproduction of bass sounds, and the performance of the speaker is not satisfactory.

製作面において多くの問題を有している。 On the other hand, the method of connecting tinsel wires in a composite speaker system disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-171185 forms a peripheral wall shaped to wrap around the back of a speaker for medium and high frequencies, as shown in FIG. Using a spacer, a bushing is attached and fixed to a part of the peripheral wall of the spacer, and one end of the terminal of the mid-high sound speaker is made to protrude outside the peripheral wall through the bushing, and is connected to the terminal on the diaphragm surface of the bass speaker. Although the tinsel wire is connected, it is necessary to form a hole in a part of the peripheral wall that forms the cavity of the mid- and high-frequency speaker to pass the terminal that protrudes toward the vibration surface of the bass speaker. When fixing a spacer with a built-in mid-to-high frequency speaker on the center pole of a speaker using screws, depending on how tight the screw is, pull out the tinsel wire to the most suitable position for each of the bass speaker and mid-to-high frequency speaker. Moreover, it is necessary to connect the terminal and the tinsel wire on the diaphragm surface of the bass speaker, which makes soldering work difficult and inefficient, and the solder scum and paste can be removed from the bass speaker. The resulting speaker has the same performance problems as conventional composite speakers, such as the risk of adhesion to the vibrating surface.
There are many problems in manufacturing.

In order to achieve the above object, the composite speaker of this invention has one or more speakers with different reproduction bands attached to the open position of the bass speaker via a support member, and the support made of a non-conductive material. At the upper end of the member, an arm rod made of a non-conductive material having a pair of notches extending from mutually opposite directions at the tip is integrally provided in the horizontal direction, so that the input terminal of the bass speaker can be connected to the input terminal of the bass speaker. The present invention is characterized in that the tinsel wire, which is electrically connected to the terminal of the mid-high frequency speaker through the diaphragm, is threaded around the notch in the arm rod so that the middle portion of the tinsel wire is engaged and held.

Wrap the middle part of the support member around the notch of the horizontally protruding arm bar, and after the tinsel wire is securely engaged and held in the arm bar, connect the tip of the wire to the terminal of the mid-high frequency speaker. Since the arm rod formed on the support member serves as a relay terminal, even if there is a slight deviation between the terminal positions of the bass speaker and the mid-high speaker, the bass speaker will always be connected. The tinsel wire can be pulled out to a position suitable for the lead wire of the voice coil, and there is no need to connect the voice coil lead wire and the tinsel wire by soldering on the diaphragm of the bass speaker.

In the composite speaker of this invention, when a medium and/or treble speaker is mounted on an opening of a bass speaker via a support member, cuts are formed in the upper end of the support member and the tips extend from opposite directions. A pair of arm rods having a diameter are integrally protruded at a predetermined distance and perpendicular to the axis of the support member, and the middle part of the tinsel wire is connected to the terminal of the bass speaker at one end. The structure is such that the base end is connected to the terminal of the mid-range speaker after being engaged and held in a pair of notches formed in the arm rod, so that the lead wire of the voice coil of the bass speaker can be connected to the terminal of the mid-range speaker. Even if there is a slight discrepancy between the appropriate position for pulling out the speaker and the terminal position of the medium-tone speaker, the connection can be made without forcing the tinsel wire to be routed, and this will prevent the occurrence of abnormal noise due to distortion of the tinsel wire or the occurrence of abnormal noise due to the tinsel wire Disconnection can be resolved.

ものである。 In addition, the arm rod that engages and holds the tinsel wire protrudes horizontally from the cylindrical body, so when the support member is attached to the center pole of a bass speaker, it may damage the diaphragm. There is no danger, and the distance between the armrest and the diaphragm is shortened, so
There is no need for a long tinsel wire, and each arm rod has a pair of notches, so you can easily and easily connect one end of the tinsel wire to the terminal of a medium-range speaker with the appropriate amount of slack in the tinsel wire. Since it can be connected and is made of non-conductive material, there is no risk of short-circuit accidents, and there is no soldering work on the bass diaphragm, improving work efficiency when assembling the speaker. It has many practical advantages.
