Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 真空蒸着装置内に備えられ、蒸着物質を貯留す
るとともに、この蒸着物質を加熱し蒸発させる抵
抗加熱ボートにおいて、 外側面２ａに一方の電極板４が延設されるとと
もに、上方が開口し、かつ底板３を有する筒状の
外筒２と、 該外筒２と同一高さに形成されて該外筒２の底
板３を介して該外筒２の内部に同心となつて底部
６が固設されるとともに、上部開口１，ａの縁部
に水平な他方の電極板７が前記外筒２の縁部２ｂ
よりも延出して形成され、かつ周壁５ｂに多数の
蒸発孔８が設けられた内筒５と、を備えたことを
特徴とする抵抗加熱ボート。
