Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 駆動部が発生する変位をてこの原理を用い
て角度に変換する機器であつて、駆動部および固
定部と一体的に形成された可動部と、固定部と可
動部を結合する板ばね状の第一のヒンジ部と、駆
動部と可動部を結合する板ばね状の第二のヒンジ
部とを有する変位−角度変換機器において、固定
部と可動部とを結合する第一のヒンジ部を、駆動
部と可動部とを結合する第二のヒンジ部に対し鋭
角に配置したことを特徴とする変位−角度変換機
器。 (2) 駆動部を、電歪あるいは圧電アクチユエー
タで構成したことを特徴とする請求項１記載の変
位−角度変換機器。
