両面対向した状態で配置し、該スラスト軸受の背
面に金属ベローズを設けると共に、該スラスト軸
受の背面を球面座及び金属ベローズによつて支持
し、かつ該スラスト軸受の背面側に中間室を設け
ると共に、該中間室の圧力を制御する絞り機構を
