成するために用いられるダクト形成用ボードに関

側の段状切欠部を切断加工すると共に、前記ボー
ドの一側辺にボツクス閉鎖接合面を形成するため
の内面側の段状切欠部を切断加工して、前記V形
溝のカツト面及びボード一側辺の段状切欠面に接
着剤を塗布し、このボードをボツクス形状に折曲
げて接着することにより、所望断面寸法のダクト
を従来よりも簡単に且つ作業性よく製作すること
ができる。

に、ガラスクロス2aとアルミニウム薄膜2bの
複合シート材よりなる外装材2を全面に渡つて張
り付けたもので、前記硬質発泡ボード体1は特公
昭52−26776号公報に開示の方法、すなわち無機
質粉末に有機溶剤を加えて湿潤させて湿潤粉末A
とし、別に塩化ビニール樹脂粉末と無機質繊維剤
を混合した混合物をBとし、前記湿潤粉末Aと混
合物Bを混合し、このものに有機溶剤と塩化ブタ
ンを加えて混合したゾル状物を常法により発泡成
形するという製造方法によつて得られたものであ
る。

側の段状切欠部4a及び他端外面側の段状切欠部
5aを切断加工すると共に、前記ボードPの一側
辺にボツクス閉鎖接合面6を形成するための内面
側の段状切欠面6aを切断加工して、前記V形溝
3a〜3cのカツト面及びボード一側辺の段状切
欠部6aに接着剤(図示せず)を塗布し、このボ
ードPをボツクス形状に第5図想像線の如く折曲
げて接着することにより、第2図に示すような所
望断面寸法のダクト10を製作することができ

り、機械的強度や断熱性に優れ、高温にさらされ
ても体積が殆んど変化せず、また亀裂や崩壊等の
問題も生じないという効果を奏する。
