According to the duct forming board having the above configuration, this board is cut to an outer shape according to the developed planar shape of a predetermined duct to be manufactured, and the board is cut to a predetermined cross-sectional dimension on the inner surface side located on the hard foam board body side of the outer cut board. a stepped notch on the inner surface of one end for forming a V-shaped groove so that the board can be bent into a box shape, and a concave-convex fitting part for duct connection at both lengthwise ends of the board; and the stepped notch on the outer side of the other end is cut, and the stepped notch on the inner side for forming a box closing joint surface on one side of the board is cut to form the V-shaped groove. By applying adhesive to the cut surface and the stepped notch surface on one side of the board, bending the board into a box shape, and gluing it together, a duct with a desired cross-sectional dimension can be manufactured more easily and with better workability than before. be able to.

That is, the duct forming board of the present invention is cut into an outer shape as shown in FIG. , a V for allowing the board P to be bent into a box shape with a predetermined cross-sectional dimension as shown by the imaginary line in FIG.
Stepped grooves 3a, 3b, and 3c are formed on the inner surface of one end of the board P, and grooves 3a, 3b, and 3c are formed on both ends of the board P in the longitudinal direction to form concave-convex fitting portions 4 and 5 for duct connection as shown in FIG. The notch 4a and the stepped notch 5a on the outer side of the other end are cut, and the stepped notch 6a on the inner side for forming the box closing joint surface 6 on one side of the board P is cut. Then, apply adhesive (not shown) to the cut surfaces of the V-shaped grooves 3a to 3c and the stepped notch 6a on one side of the board, and fold the board P into a box shape as shown in the imaginary line in FIG. By bending and bonding, a duct 10 having a desired cross-sectional dimension as shown in FIG. 2 can be manufactured.
