付して示してある。

射レンズユニツトを保持するステージから構成さ
れる第1の手段と、入射レンズユニツトと、この
入射レンズユニツトの一端に接続され、他端に対
物レンズを備えた光フアイバーから構成される第
2の手段と、上記第1の手段の出射レンズユニツ
トの光軸と第2の手段の入射レンズユニツトの光
軸が平行方向に配置した複数の第2の手段とを具
備し、レーザ発振器から生じたレーザ光を複数の
作業エリアに時分割で伝送することを特徴とする
