示部材の移動に伴つて繰り出し長さが変化するワ
イヤ手段、 該ワイヤ手段の繰り出し長さを測定する測長手
段、及び 該測長手段が測定した繰り出し長さに基づいて
該欠陥位置指示部材の位置を算出する欠陥位置算
出手段 を備えた液晶パネル欠陥位置検出装置。
