- 下面に角錐状の凹部を有する角錐コレツトと、
下面に凹部より小径のフラツト部を有するフラツ
トノズルとを同軸配置し、フラツトノズルと角錐
コレツトとを相対的に上下動させる手段を具備し
たことを特徴とするペレツト吸着コレツト。
