Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、すでに実用化されている電話加入者
用保安器に用いる三極形避雷器の構造に関するも
のである。
〔従来の技術〕
現在実用化している電話加入者用保安器は、二
極形避雷器を2個用いているが、宅内機器の電子
化に伴つて、三極形避雷器を用いる必要が生じて
きた。
従来の二極形避雷器は、長方形の絶縁ブロツク
の上下面に線路電極板とアース電極板とを夫々対
向配置して構成され、これを通信線路の各線に独
立して取り付けしていたが、三極形避雷器は絶縁
ブロツク内部に装着したガス入三極形避雷素子に
1回線分の通信線路である2本の通信線路と2個
の線路電極板とを接触させ、アース電極板を接地
させて用いる一体形避雷器でなければならない。
電話加入者用保安器は、通信線路に障害波が印
加したとき、これを大地に放流したり、遮断した
りして、これらの障害波を宅内に流入するのを防
止しなければならないが、外線と内線間に装置し
ているヒユーズ管が充分に遮断しても外線側の絶
縁耐圧が悪くては意味がない。
このため、小型化によつて低下した外線相互間
の耐電圧向上のため、カバーを冠せた状態にてカ
バーに設けた隔壁が外線相互間に入り込み、外線
相互間を気中放電によつてリークすることを防止
した構造にしていた。
このカバーに設けた隔壁が災いして容易に三極
形避雷器を作ることが困難であつたが、本出願人
による実開昭51−128230号の構造が提案され実用
化されるに至つた。
即ち、上記構造の三極形避雷器は、一側にガス
入三極形避雷素子が内蔵された一対の絶縁ブロツ
クを備え、この絶縁ブロツクの一側上面には上記
避雷素子の一方の主電極に接続する一側の線路電
極板が上方から装着されるとともに、絶縁ブロツ
クの他側上面には避雷素子の他方の主電極に連結
板を介して接続する他側の線路電極板が隔壁を介
して離間された状態で上方から装着され、絶縁ブ
ロツクの下面には避雷素子の中間電極に接続する
アース電極板が下方から装着されて成る構造であ
つた。そして、上記連結板は、コ字形でそのコ字
形の連結部分上部には切り込み溝が形成されてお
り、これを一対の絶縁ブロツクの後外側から差込
して組立する構造であつた。
絶縁ブロツクの後外側面には、保安器内に取付
けるための切り込み凹部が形成されており、この
切り込み凹部を覆うように連結板が装着される。
したがつて、連結板の切り込み溝は、保安器内に
取付けるときの妨げにならないように、切り込み
凹部に合わせて形成されている。
〔考案が解決しようとする技術課題〕
然しながら、上記構造によれば次のような問題
点を生じた。
(イ) 切り込み溝を有するために連結板は、雷衝撃
波のように周波数成分の高い障害波には、抵抗
分が大きくなり、避雷性能に悪影響をもたらす
ことが指摘されていた。
(ロ) 連結板は、絶縁ブロツクの後外側面に取付さ
れているために、塵あいや湿気が付着しやすく
絶縁や耐電圧の劣化を生じやすい欠点があつ
た。しかも、線路電極板とアース接触板とは異
なる交差方向から挿入して装着するために、組
立作業が面倒で自動化が難しいものであつた。
(ハ) さらに、連結板の切り込み溝が一方側からの
切り込みであるために、バランスが悪く、組立
て時に変形しやすいものであつた。
(ニ) 連結板が外部から見え、美観的にも好ましく
ないとともに、経年変化によつて抜け出すこと
も考えられるものであつた。
而して、本考案は上記欠点を解消するためにさ
らに実験の結果完成されたものであつて、避雷性
能を向上させ、組立等を容易とした電話加入者用
保安器に用いる三極形避雷器の提供を、その目的
とするものである。
〔考案の構成〕
上記目的を達成するための本考案は、一対の略
長方形箱状の絶縁ブロツクが結合部を介して二股
状に並設され、これらの絶縁ブロツクの一側には
ガス入三極形避雷素子が内蔵され、この絶縁ブロ
ツクの一側上面には上記ガス入三極形避雷素子の
一方の主電極に接続する一側の線路電極板が上方
から装着されるとともに、上記絶縁ブロツクの他
側上面には上記ガス入三極形避雷素子の他方の主
電極に連結板を介して接続する他側の線路電極板
が隔壁を介して離間された状態で上方から装着さ
れ、上記絶縁ブロツクの下面には上記ガス入三極
形避雷素子の中間電極に接続するアース電極板が
下方から装着されて成る電話加入者用保安器に用
いる三極形避雷器において、上記結合部は上記絶
縁ブロツクの下面後側に形成され、上記結合部の
内部には一対の上記絶縁ブロツク内を連通する連
通溝が形成され、上記連結板は中央の基板部とそ
の両側で折曲された一対の挟持片部とを備えたコ
字形を呈するとともに下方から上記連通溝に装着
されることを特徴とするものである。
〔考案の作用〕
絶縁ブロツクの上面には線路電極板が一対装着
される。絶縁ブロツクの下面からは、その中間の
結合部の連通溝に連結板が下方から装着され、一
側にはガス入三極形避雷素子が装着され、次い
で、上記避雷素子の中間電極に接続するアース電
極板が装着されて組立される。
従つて、ガス入三極形避雷素子の主電極は上面
の一対の線路電極板に接続され、中間電極が絶縁
ブロツク下面でアース電極板に接続されており、
連結板は内部に装着された状態となつている。
〔考案の実施例〕
図面第1図は、本考案に係る電話加入者用保安
器に用いる三極形避雷器の全体斜視図、第2図は
同分解斜視図、第3図は下方から見た一部切欠斜
視図である。
三極形避雷器は一対の絶縁ブロツク1,2を備
え、一側の絶縁ブロツク1には釦形ガス入放電管
形の三極避雷素子15が内蔵されて成る。
上記絶縁ブロツク1,2は底部後側の結合部3
を介して分離した二股状態で並列一体成形され、
絶縁ブロツク1,2の上面には隔壁4,4を形成
するために溝部5,5が形成され、溝部5,5に
線路電極板20a,20bが装着されている。上
記絶縁ブロツク1,2の上面は上位とこれより低
く且つ僅かに傾斜した面部とを備え、上下の各溝
部5,5には各両側に係合孔6,7,7が設けら
れ、下位の係合孔8が時計穴形状に貫通されて成
る。絶縁ブロツク1,2の後外側面、すなわち結
合部3の上方には、保安器内に取付けるための切
り込み凹部28が形成されている。
又、絶縁ブロツク1,2は、底面を開口する凹
部を呈し、この凹部にアース電極板40が装着さ
れる構造である。前記結合部3に位置する底部に
は両凹部を連通して連結板30を収納する連通溝
9が形成され、一側の凹部には避雷素子15の収
納部10が形成されている。
さらに図中11,12は溝部5,5の前後に位
置する係合段部、13は一側の絶縁ブロツク1の
下方外側の係合受溝である。
線路電極板20aは、溝部5の上下位に係入す
る細長段状の接触面部21を有し、上記一側から
は接触片22aが下方へ折曲延長され、下位両側
と前側とからは係入片23,23,24が下方へ
折曲されて成る。上記接触片22aには接触部2
7aが湾曲成形され、係入片23,23,24の
先端には抜け止め部25,26が突出されてい
る。線路電極板20bも線路電極板20aと同様
に形成されている。
さらに、前記連結板30は全体としてコ字形を
呈し、中央の基板31とその両側で折曲された挟
持片部32a,32bと挟持片部32a,32b
から延長される接触片部33a,33bとを備え
て構成される。
さらに又、前記アース電極板40は、基板4
1,42が全体として二股状を呈し、基板41,
42の前後には係合片43,44が夫々立上げら
れ、係合片43,44の先端には爪部45,46
が折曲されて成る。一側の基板部41には打ち抜
きによつて避雷素子15の押圧片47,47がば
ね性を有した状態で形成されている。図中48は
凹部である。
上記構成によれば、絶縁ブロツク1,2の上面
に、上下方向から一対の線路電極板20a,20
bを装着する。係入片24を係合孔8の大径部分
から係入して細穴部へ移動させて抜け止め部26
を係合状態とする。次いで、係入片23,23を
係合孔7,7に係入すれば、抜け止め部25によ
つて巾方向で係合状態となるうえ、これと同時に
接触片22a,22bが係合孔6,6に係入す
る。一側の接触片22aは収納部10の外側に位
置している。
次に、絶縁ブロツク1,2の下方から連通溝9
に連結板30を押込する。連結板30は、左右の
挟持片部32a,32bで挟持する状態で基板部
31が連通溝9に係入して強固に装着される。こ
れに伴つて、接触片部33aが収納部10の連結
側に位置し、接触片部33bが他側の絶縁ブロツ
ク2の係合孔6に位置してこれに位置する接触片
22bの接触部27bに接続状態となる。連結板
30は、下方から装着されることにより、結合部
3の上方の切り込み凹部28を覆わないので、そ
の形状が切り込み凹部28に影響されることはな
全くない。
斯る状態で避雷素子15を収納部10に装着す
れば、一対の主電極が接触片22aと接触片部3
3aとの間に押込みされて接続状態で装着される
のであるが、例えば前側の係合片44,44の爪
部46,46を係合段部12,12に係合させ
る。斯る係合部分をオヒンジとして基板41,4
2を開口側に接近させて押圧すれば、後側の係合
片43,43の爪部45,45が係合段部11,
11に係合されて装着されるに至る。これに伴つ
て、押圧片47,47が避雷素子15の中間電極
を三点支持状態で押圧して接続される。この場合
に、避雷素子の中間電極15aには接触ブロツク
16を取付しておき、押圧片47,47との良好
な接触を得る構造も可能である。
上記一実施例において、連結板30は、コの字
形の先端に曲げた突起を設けるか、避雷素子15
の電極に嵌合する凹凸を付ける等の構成によつ
て、自然に抜け出してアース電極板40と接触し
て短絡することを防止することができる。
又、自動化に際しては、例えば上下逆向きとし
た状態で線路電極板20a,20b、絶縁ブロツ
ク1,2、連結板30、避雷素子15及びアース
電極板40の順序で上方から組立可能である。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案によると、連結板が下方から連通溝に装
着されることにより、結合部の上方の切り込み凹
部を連結板が覆わないので、従来、問題になつて
いた連結板の切り込み溝を廃止することができる
にもかかわらず、カバーの隔壁とこれと離間する
部分の空間を充分に大きくでき、耐圧を高くとれ
る。
また、連結板の断面積を充分に大きくできるの
で線路電極板と三極避雷素子間の電気的損失を最
小にできる他、連結板が本体内部に収容されてし
まうので防塵、防湿、美観に良く、絶縁や耐電圧
の低下を防ぐ上にも好ましい。さらには、組付も

から装着され、上記絶縁ブロツクの下面には上記
ガス入三極形避雷素子の中間電極に接続するアー
ス電極板が下方から装着されて成る電話加入者用
保安器に用いる三極形避雷器において、 上記結合部は上記絶縁ブロツクの下面後側に形
成され、上記結合部の内部には一対の上記絶縁ブ
ロツク内を連通する連通溝が形成され、上記連結
板は中央の基板部とその両側で折曲された一対の
挟持片部とを備えたコ字形を呈するとともに下方
から上記連通溝に装着されることを特徴とする電
