Claims (1)
- 駆動電源からの出力を記録パルス信号で変調し
た変調出力でレーザを駆動し、レーザからのレー
ザ光を受光したフオトダイオードから出力される
フオトダイオード出力電流に対応した電圧のピー
クをピークホールド手段でホールドして、ピーク
ホールド出力を駆動電源に帰還して駆動電源の出
力を制御するレーザ自動出力制御回路において、
フオトダイオードがレーザ光を受光したときから
受光レーザ光に対応した値のフオトダイオード出
力電流を出力する迄の時間より記録パルス信号の
パルス幅が長いことを検出する検出手段と、検出
手段の検出出力発生時から記録パルス信号内にお
ける所定幅のゲートパルスを発生するゲートパル
ス発生手段と、ゲートパルスの出力期間閉成され
て閉成期間中前記電圧をピークホールド手段に入
力するスイツチ手段とを備えたことを特徴とする
レーザ自動出力制御回路。
