[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention further cultivates a mushroom mycelial mass (meaning a medium in which mycelium is spread, the same shall apply hereinafter) taken out from a culture container. This relates to a container for culturing and cultivating mushrooms, which is used when cultivating mushrooms.

In recent years, in the cultivation of mushrooms such as shiitake, after mycelia have spread in culture containers filled with medium,
An artificial cultivation method has been developed and widely used in which mushrooms are grown by removing the mycelium-formed medium from the container. In such artificial cultivation, the mycelial masses taken out from the culture container are arranged on a multi-stage cultivation rack 10, as shown in FIG. It is being done to obtain.

However, mycelial masses cultured elsewhere,
The work of sequentially arranging or unloading the crops on the cultivation rack 10 is hard labor and has poor work efficiency.

Therefore, it has been thought of to use a container to transport the mycelial mass and use this container as it is for cultivation, but using the conventional container as it is has many disadvantages for mushroom cultivation. That is,
There are not enough ventilation holes in the side and bottom plates of the container, and when containers are stacked in multiple tiers, the air, water, and light necessary for mushroom cultivation cannot reach every corner, resulting in a poor yield of fruiting bodies and mycelium. When the clumps are housed in containers and piled up in multiple tiers and watered, each container bends due to the weight of the mycelial clumps, causing the center to drop downwards and the water to travel from the edge of the container toward the center, concentrating in the center and flowing downward. As a result, the mycelial mass has excess water in the center of the lower container, and there is insufficient water at the edge of the container, resulting in problems such as a poor yield of fruiting bodies.

This idea was developed in view of these circumstances, and it is a mushroom that can be stacked in multiple stages, which allows sufficient air, water, and light to pass through, and which can evenly and evenly supply water to the mycelium mass during watering. Its purpose is to provide containers for culture and cultivation.

In other words, in order to avoid the hassle of transporting mycelial masses to cultivation racks one by one and then arranging them for cultivation, the inventors of the present invention recalled that transportation containers are used as they are for mushroom cultivation, and developed functions that are most suitable for mushroom cultivation. We conducted a series of research to create a container with As a result, if a step for multi-tiered stacking that can fit with the top edge of the container is provided on the periphery of the back surface of the bottom plate of the container, and a large number of ventilation holes are provided in the side and bottom plates of the container, the step on the bottom plate and other containers By fitting the top end of each container, the side and bottom plates of each container can be stacked in multiple tiers without overlapping, allowing sufficient air, water, and light to flow through the numerous ventilation holes in the side and bottom plates. I found out that it became more widespread.
Furthermore, if a plurality of water dripping protrusions are formed at predetermined intervals on the back surface of the container bottom plate, which collects water that travels along this back surface during watering in small areas and drips downward, even if the container is bent during watering, Since water falls from the upper container to the lower container from the tips of the water dripping convex parts formed at the above-mentioned predetermined intervals, the water supply to the mycelial mass is not biased toward the center of the container. They discovered that it was possible to obtain products of good quality and came up with this idea. In addition, the container of this invention is
It can be used not only for cultivation to generate fruiting bodies, but also for further culturing mycelial masses. Therefore, in this invention, the term "mushroom" is used to include both fruiting bodies and mycelial masses.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of this invention. That is, the container 1 is a plastic molded body formed into a box shape with an open top, and has a side plate 1a and a bottom plate 1b with a large number of fine ventilation holes distributed therein. On the back side of the bottom plate 1b of this container 1, there are 12 small protrusions 2 as shown in FIG.
are arranged in three rows at predetermined intervals. As shown in FIG. 3, which is a sectional view taken along the line A-A', the small protrusion 2 gradually becomes thinner toward the tip. Also, on the back side of the bottom plate of the container 1, a step 3 that can fit with the upper end of the container 1 is formed, and as shown in Fig. 4, the containers 1 can be stacked in multiple tiers while fitting together. It's becoming like that.

Mushroom cultivation using the container 1 can be performed, for example, as follows. That is,
First, the mycelium mass 4 taken out from the culture container is placed in the container 1 as shown in FIG. and,
Stack them in multiple tiers as shown in Figure 4 outdoors or in a greenhouse. Alternatively, they may be stacked in advance and transported by a forklift or the like. In this way, cultivation can be carried out in the same manner as in the conventional method while the mycelial mass 4 remains housed in the container 1.

When cultivating mushrooms as described above, even if the containers 1 are stacked in multiple tiers, the numerous ventilation holes provided in the side plate 1a and bottom plate 1b of the container 1 ensure that air, water, and light can be maintained. Since the mushrooms are distributed evenly, there is no variation in the quality of the mushrooms obtained. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, when watering is applied from above the stacked containers 1, even if each container 1 is bent by the weight of the mycelium mass 4, water will fall down along the back surface of the bottom plate of the upper container 1. Water does not gather at the center of the bend and fall, but is intercepted by each of the small protrusions 2 formed on the back surface of the bottom plate and falls separately in small areas from the tips of each of the small protrusions.
Therefore, water is evenly supplied to the mycelial mass 4 of the lower container 1 from a plurality of locations distributed at predetermined intervals, and there is no excess or shortage of water. Moreover, when moving the mycelial mass 4 in the container 1 to a different location for submersion treatment or low-temperature treatment, it is moved while housed in the container 1, and when the treatment is completed, it is returned to its original position. You can return it to continue cultivation. Therefore, compared to the conventional method of arranging mycelial masses 4 one by one on cultivation racks, excellent quality mushrooms can be obtained with extremely simple labor.

On the back surface of the bottom plate 1b of this container 1, instead of the small protrusions 2, four protrusions 5 are formed at predetermined intervals to divide the bottom plate 1b in parallel. Moreover, if a partition plate 7 as shown in FIG. 9 is provided inside the container of this invention, and a mycelial mass is placed in each space partitioned by this partition plate 7, the container will not tilt during transportation. Even if the mycelium is grown, it is preferable because the mycelial masses do not stick together and become deformed, and the fruiting bodies generated during cultivation do not collide and become deformed. Instead of the partition by the partition plate 7, annular protrusions 8 as shown in FIGS. The mycelium mass 4 may be inserted to position and hold it, or
Alternatively, needle-like bodies 9 as shown in FIG. 11 may be provided at predetermined intervals, and the mycelial mass 4 may be pierced into the needle-like bodies 9 for positioning.

As described above, the container for mushroom culture and cultivation of this invention has a step on the back peripheral edge of its bottom plate that can be fitted with the top end of the container for stacking containers in multiple tiers, so that the side plates and bottom plate can be stacked one on top of the other. It can be stacked in multiple stages without any problems. Also, since there are many ventilation holes in the side and bottom plates, even if you cultivate mushrooms in multiple stacks as described above,
Sufficient air, water, and light will now be able to reach every corner, making it possible to obtain uniform quality. In addition, on the back side of the container bottom plate, a plurality of convex parts are formed at predetermined intervals to allow water to fall downward by blocking the movement of water that travels along the back side during watering, so even if the container is bent during watering, the upper Since water drips from the container toward the lower container in small areas from the tips of the water drip convex portions formed at the predetermined intervals, it is not concentrated in the center of the container. It has the excellent effect of producing products of good quality.
